All Africa Outreach Ministry Inc. is a non-profit (non-governmental), cross-cultural mission agency whose vision is to reach the unreached people groups in Nigeria, Africa and other continents of the world. To train and send missionaries to the fields. To partner with churches, supervise and support such missionaries and to conduct any such gospel oriented activities with the primary purpose of promoting the Kingdom of God.

It has been registered as a corporate body with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria since November 2006 and  its trustees are:-
