Preamble: Zechariah 14:9, "And the Lord shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be – "The LORD is one," And His name one."

The vision of All Africa Outreach Ministry Inc., has not been shifted or adjusted irrespective of the challenges that we’ve been through. This vision remains in absolute consistency with the words of prophet Zechariah cited above. Until the Lord becomes King over all the earth, and until the whole world hears, receives and abides in His Word, All Africa Outreach Ministry Inc (AAOM), has not completed her task.

There are several things I would like to share with you that God has been doing through our mission agency over the past one year. However, let me highlight just few of the events of 2008/09

All Africa Outreach Ministry has continued to join efforts with the GoldenGate Bible Church, Lagos Nigeria to minister to God’s children within her community. Below are some of the things and areas we’ve been involved.

The adult literacy class kicked off in November, 2008, with Mary teaching a class with me.

The number of adults attending this class increased from three to ten and continues to increase. Non-members from the community have also indicated interest to join this English language study-based adult literacy programme. The programme is offered at 100% free – no tuition, no fees, but totally free!!! The church and our agency undertake the bills and supply materials necessary for running this adult literacy programme.

These six months long training sessions of the church workers includes courses such as:

The initial target was to conduct workers’ training that will help the church leadership brace up the leadership and foster growth of the church. Planning to start branching out, the woman of God and founder, Revd. (Mrs), Martina Jaiyeola (A graduate of West Africa Theological Seminary, B.A Theology – Education Track, May 2009), hopes to train pastors and evangelists from the headquarters branch to lead the work of prospective branches of the church. This is part of the targets of the workers’ training.

We have started enrolling the young people at GoldenGate Bible Church, on a free skill acquisition programme that we have just launched. The first phase of this programme will focus on the following: Website Development and Design, Professional Photography, and Interior Decorating. We need sponsors and partners as we cannot charge the youth any money to get them trained. This free training is targeted at strategically bringing many young people within and outside the community to the church and to Christ. About thirty two young people have already indicated interest to be trained in any of the above three areas. Training began August 1, 2009.

Presently, the following members of the church (GoldenGate Bible Church), are already enrolled at West Africa Theological Seminary, Lagos Nigeria, for pastoral training and missions:

Another Deacon by name Solomon is preparing to enroll at West Africa Theological Seminary, once he completes his Polytechnic education later this year, 2009.

The church is blessed with members across the tribes in Nigeria: Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa and even Efik from the Calabar (South South region of Nigeria). The founder of this church GoldenGate Bible Church hails from this region. But married to a man from the South Eastern region.

At GoldenGate Bible Church we place so much emphasis on building the people of God from the cradle to maturity in Christ. The Youth 2 Youth programme is held every third Sunday of every month. This attracts many youth both from the local church and outside. It has strategically served as a means of reaching out to the young people on the streets. Issues such as "youthful exuberance, marriage, courtship, carrier choice, youth restiveness, the true Christian youth," etc, are discussed in this meeting. The General Overseer and I have decided to speak on this programme from the month of June to December, 2009. We want to hit basic issues and challenges facing this young people since we minister to them as pastors and their leaders.
